Milton Berle is an American comedian and actor who’s career as an entertainer spanned over 80 years. He began as a child in silent films, vaudeville, theater, talkies/many films, radio and was television’s first superstar. As well as starring in many films and TV. Known as “Uncle Miltie” during television’s Golden Period. Milton was known for hosting the Texaco Star Theater 1948-1955. Rated # 1 and responsible for introducing television to the public.   Milton Berle was an old time vaudeville comic known as “MR. TELEVISION.” and famous for introducing the public to TV and changing entertainment forever. His top rated show had “MR. TELEVISION’S” program an event to his enormous audience. BERLE has 2 stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for RADIO and TELEVISION. Like his contemporary Jackie Gleason he proved to be a solid dramatic actor. As a result he appeared on endless dramas. Vintage George Harrison Time Magazine and Nothimagen Pinback

George Harrison was an English musician, singer-songwriter, and music and film producer who achieved international fame as the lead guitarist of the Beatles. Harrison embraced Indian culture and helped broaden the scope of popular music through his incorporation of Indian instrumental and Hindu-aligned spirituality in the Beatles work. His songs for the group include, “Taxman,” “Within Without You,” “Here Comes the Sun” and “Something.” He released several best-selling singles and albums as a solo artist. He co-founded the platinum selling supergroup The Traveling Wilburys.   George organized the 1971 Concert for Bangladesh with Indian musician Ravi Shankar, a precursor to later benefit concerts such as Live Aid. Incredibly successful in all the Beatles films. He went on to produce “Monty Python’s Life of Brian,” Mona Lisa” and “Time Bandits” among his successful efforts. Vintage Dick Clark’s Caravan of Stars Souvenir Program 1959

In 1959, radio and television personality and television producer Dick Clark organized and produced a concert tour of rock and roll and rhythm and blues artists. Many had appeared on his music performance and dance television program “American Bandstand.” The tour was booked as Dick Clark’s Caravan of Stars. During it’s seven year existence the tours grew to gross $5 million annually.   The concert featured up to seventeen acts each performing two or three songs. All were backed by the same band. They toured sixty to ninety days on the road. The show was spotlighted by major artists such as Paul Anka and they would close the show. Other artists like Gene Pitney and Lloyd Price and groups such as the Coasters and Drifters would fill out spots in the shows. The shows offered four hours of non-stop hits. Initial costs of tickets were $1.50. Vintage 1950’s Hopalong Cassidy Lunch Box

Hopalong Cassidy is a character created by writer Clarence E. Mulford and debuted in films 1935. Cassidy was played by William Boyd in films, produced 1935 to 1948 and the incredibly successful 1950’s television series. The show was among the 7 most popular on TV 1952-1954 . Hopalong was offered as a Western hero, loved by children and adults as he fought for Western justice. Hopalong Cassidy was nominated by the A.F.I. as one of the 100 greatest western heroes.   Every week the television show followed the same format. Our hero would right wrongs, save school marms in distress and catch the bad guys. Children madly snapped up souvenir “Hoppy,” cowboy hats, six shooters, lunch boxes and endless other items of their hero. Vintage 1930’s Walt Disney Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Tiles

“Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” is a 1937 American animated musical film by Walt Disney Productions and released by R.K.O. Radio Pictures. It takes place in Greece and the Mediterranean Area. After wandering through the forest for hours, Snow White discovers a tiny cottage belonging to a group of seven dwarfs, who work in nearby mines. Snow White assumes the 7 dwarfs are children and with the help of animals proceeds to clean the place and cook a meal. It turns out the cottage belongs to the 7 adult dwarfs, named Doc, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, Bashful, Sneezy and Dopey. Miners make her part of the household.   The film is the first to have a musical soundtrack, with favorites like “Whistle While You Work,” “Someday My Prince Will Come,” and the dwarfs sing “Heigh Ho” (It’s Off To Work We Go,) and dance and play instruments. Vintage “I Love Lucy” Comic Book 1957 Dell

“I Love Lucy,” is an American television sitcom that originally aired on C.B.S. from Oct. 1951 to May 1957 with a total of180 episodes. It starred Lucille Ball and Desi Arnez as husband and wife. Vivian Vance and William Frawley were their husband and wife best friends. They were next door neighbors. *This comic book was published during that period. Lucy played a young middle-class housewife in N.Y.C. who often concocted plans with her best friends the Mertzs (Viv and Wm.) to appear alongside her bandleader husband Ricky Ricardo (Arnez) in his nightclub, trying numerous schemes to be a part of show business.   After 1957 the show continued for three more seasons with one hour specials. “I Love Lucy,” became the most watched show in the U.S. 4 of it’s first 6 seasons. It also was the first to end it’s run at the top of the ratings. Vintage Jack Nicholson Autographed Joker Photo

Jack Napier, also known as the “Joker” is a fictional antagonist of the 1989 superhero film “Batman”, directed by Tim Burton. Portrayed by Jack Nicholson, the character was based on the supervillain “The Joker.” Nicholson’s “Joker” is in top form as he kills the gangland boss and wages war on Batman. The film won the top prize at the Venice Film Festival.   His colorful, jovial and nutty clown proved to be a winner with audiences around the world. Jack’s “Joker” stole the show. His iconic turn remained true to the comic book character, dazzling the critics. Despite being the super villain, audiences couldn’t help but laugh at his well-timed puns, hilarious one-liners and lively antics. The Jacksons are a group founded by their father Joe Jackson in 1965. As The Jackson 5, they consisted of Michael, Marlon, and older brothers Jackie, Tito and Jermaine. In 1968 they signed with Motown, and were the first group to debut with four consecutive number one hits, with the songs “I Want You Back,” “A.B.C.,” “The Love You Save” and “I’ll Be There.” 3 of these songs have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They also achieved 16 top 40 hits.   In 1976 Jermaine was replaced by Randy. They’ve sold more than 100 records world-wide. They performed as the Jacksons from 1976-1981, winning a Best Vocal Group Award as well. The success of their four Jackson 5 Albums had them replacing The Supremes as Motown’s Best-Selling Group.   Next they all released solo albums. Michael Jackson became the ultimate solo superstar. “Fargo” takes place in Minnesota. The story offers Frances McDormand in a Best Actress Academy Award performance. In her role as Marge Gunderson, a pregnant Minnesota Police chief she investigates roadside homicides that ensue. As a desperate car salesman (William Macy) hires criminals to kidnap his wife in order to extort a hefty ransom from his wealthy father-in-law. This is a true story. The events depicted in this film took place in Minnesota in 1987.
